فروخت کی شرائط

These terms apply to orders placed on alkhumra.com with ETHMAR General Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Prices: prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Delivery costs depend on the delivery area and are shown at checkout before you place the order. When VAT applies, it is shown at checkout and on the invoice.

Orders: after you place an order you receive a confirmation email with your invoice. For cash on delivery orders we call you to confirm before dispatch. We may cancel an order if a colour is out of stock or the delivery details cannot be confirmed; any payment already made is then refunded in full.

Payment: you can pay cash on delivery or online where offered. Online payments are processed by the payment provider you choose. PayPal and Noqoody may charge the amount in another currency; the converted amount is shown before you pay.

Delivery: we deliver to the areas listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; we contact you if there is a delay.
