Delivery: we deliver within the UAE and to the other areas listed at checkout. The delivery cost for your area is shown before you place your order. We confirm every order before dispatch and let you know when it is on its way.
Returns: if your prayer mat arrives damaged or is not the colour you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Unused items in their original bag can be returned within 7 days of delivery; please contact us first so we can arrange it.
Refunds: refunds are made to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders we refund by bank transfer.
